DARTIS Oil Detection System Integration to the MEDSLIK Forecasting System

The web interface developed in IOLR for MEDSLIK automatically receives oil slick detection from DLR. Once a detection is received, it is collected in the system database so users can manually configure and run their simulations. If the detected slick is in the model domain and forecast is available, the system will generate a simulation with default oil API and slick thickness. The forecast trajectory will be created by the MEDSLIK model and made available to the system users. While the system is in testing mode no mail notifications will be sent.
