Data Submission Status
During the data set importing, status of the data set represents the current progress
stage.
Each data set has one of the following statuses:
- Submitted for Import
(waiting for quality control)
The first default status, which assigned to the data set after finishing submission
wizard. It means, that the request for import was received, but imprting process
is not started yet.
- Imported (success)
The importing process was successfully finished. However this doesn't mean that
all data was inserted to the database. Please check carefully the log report in
the data management area for duplicates, parsing
errors or validation failtures.
- Failed (error)
The importing process was terminated due to a critical error. The error report sent
to the data provider by email and the log information can be read in the the
data management area.
- File Not Found
(error)
The importing request can't find the uploaded data set file to import. This may
be caused by internet connection problems during file upload, server storage error
or resubmittion abort. This means that data set can't be imported and need to be resubmitted.
- Delete (waiting for delete)
This status assigned to the data set when user clicked on 'Delete' button for the
data set. It means that the request for delete was received, but deleting process
is not started yet.
- Deleted (deleting success)
The deleting process was successfully finished. All data set indormation was deleted
from the database.
- Resubmit (waiting for resubmit)
This status assigned to the data set when user clicked on 'Resubmit' button for
the data set. It means that the request for resubmit was received, but resubmit
process is not started yet. Delete for current imported data and importing new uploaded
data will take place.
- Previous Submission Deleted
(waiting for import)
In case of resubmission, the previously imported data was deleted from the data set and resubmittion
process is ready to import the new uploaded data. Resubmittion process will finish
with 'Imported' or 'Failed' status.
- Ready for Import
(waiting for quality control)
It means that the file format was validated, passed the quality control and ready to be imported.
In case of any problems, data set can be deleted or resubmitted in the
data management area.
