Download Request Status

During creation MS Access database for selected query criteria, status of the download request represents the current progress stage.

Each download request has one of the following statuses:

  • Submitted for Download  (waiting for download)

    The first default status, which assigned to the download request after creating query on the interactive map page and "Submit Download Request" click. It means, that the request for download was received, but download process is not started yet.
  • Ready for Download  (success)

    The download process was successfully finished, MS Access file was created and ready for download to your local machine. However this doesn't mean that all requested data was downloaded to the MS Access database. Please check carefully the log report in the downloads management area for errors or warnings.
  • Successfully Downloaded  (downloaded by user)

    The MS Access file was created and user has successfully downloaded it. The downloaded file will still be avaliable for 5 days from creation date in the downloads management area.
  • Failed  (error)

    The download process was terminated due to a critical error. The error report sent to the user by email and the log information can be read in the the downloads management area.
  • Delete  (waiting for delete)

    This status assigned to the download request when user clicked on 'Delete' button for the request. It means that the request for delete was received, but deleting process is not started yet.
  • Deleted  (deleting success)

    The deleting process was successfully finished. All files generated during download request processing were deleted.

In case of any problems, download request can be deleted in the downloads management area.
